1. Go to your blogger dashboard.
2. Navigate to Settings 
3. Click on Search Preferences
4. Click on Crawlers and indexing 
5. Click on Custom robots.txt  and tick Edit then Yes
6. Paste robots.txt file code in the box.
7. on this txt you add your blog url "http://example.blogspot.com/"
8. Click on Save Changes button.
9. You are completed the setup.
